Problem details:

Suspect is running slow and gets bogged down when more than one program is running and locks up when I need to shut programs down.

Solution details:
Removed unnecessary startup items, applied tweaks, installed security updates. Suspect needs more memory: 512MB with Windows XP. Recommend a memory upgrade: Instore or Onsite service available. Client is get the service later.
