Client upgraded from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 and some of his files are missing. Client needs assistance with recovering from backup files to get emails back into Outlook.
Solution details:
Imported backup files from client’s external drive and showed client how to keep current with backups in case future files would be missing client’s backup would be current.
