This has absolutely nothing to do with Sean Y. I sent a complaint about a situation where I was led to believe (when I made the purchase by virtue of what I was told and then what I read) about the Ask An Agent service. I thought it'd be free. Wasn't

this could not have been any easyeri would use geek squad and sean y again i didnt have to unhook anything and i didnt get the "MOVE" that you get from all other tec suport 

Although Sean was not able to resolve my issue, he worked hard at it for 5 hours! I will DEFINATELY use this service again if this is the level of customer service I can expect. 

Sean was excellent and I would definitely contact him again. He was positive, confident that he could fix the problem, and did a fantastic job cleaning up my computer and getting rid of this awful security tool rogue virus.
