Once I was finally transferred to Ryan's department, he had my problem fixed in what seemed like minutes. Not only did Ryan fix my problem, he taught me how to prevent the mistake I made for future reference. Thank you Ryan!

My last experience with Geek Squad was not good - the problem was not solved. This superior experience has changed my mind. I would go to Ryan again in a heartbeat. Well worth the money. 

This call to Ryan M. was very productive. Yesterdays call was not productive at all. I think that your product was misrepresented as being free for 6 months.If the first call had been productive I would have been able to complete this process myself.
