This young man is the BEST!!!! I have now dealt with eight different agents and he is better than the rest put together. Ryan explained everything and made me feel like part of the process rather than just a customer. A real asset to the Squad.

Ryan was very helpful and communicated how he was going to identify and resolve the issues on my pc. 

Right from the beginning Ryan was friendly and specific on what he was going to do to help identify and resolve the issue. He didn't communicate down to me like I have had other support do from other companies. 

Agent Ryan H. was quick to respond, diagnose the problem and take the appropriate action. I felt comfortable leaving my PC in his hands and when I returned to my computer it was lightning fast again. Thanks Agent Ryan H. for providing exceptional help. 

A notepad note a phone call would have been better than an e-mail to let me know everything was done. 

Everything is ok except I can't send and receive my emails in the past hour, I pushed send and receive button but no new emails and I had a test message sent. 

So far seems everything is great. Was very pleased with how he handled it and any friends with a problem I will for sure tell them who to look for to solve their problem. Thanks once again.
