I have had a printer problem for 6 months and today Kyle 'FIXED IT' and I can now print out my boarding passes for travel...Norma Pace WHO wiLL RECCOMMEND kYLE TO MY FRIENDS

not sure what to say - several programs no longer work after completion of work and when I sent in an e-mail to find out a solution there was no response....so here I am weeks later with programs that do not work...and your squad has not replied...
