Agent Cecil W.

Second time we've used this agent for 2 different computers. Problems solved easily, great communicator. 

I appreciated his help so much and I think he went above and beyond to help me. Thanks again Cecil. 

Our computer runs like the day we bought it! 

Cecil W. answered all of my questions in a way I could understand and then I had questions I did not understand he answered in a way I could understand he is a valuable employee not like the person I talked to on the phone to get connected to Cecil. 

Cecil gave me assistance even beyond what was called for, really appreciated his insight and help. 

Cecil worked for 4 hours on my problem...ended up being a hard drive problem...he was awesome - patient, kept me in the loop...AWESOME TO WORK WITH!! I will always look for him in the list of agents when I go to GEEK SQUAD! Thank you Cecil!

agent was easy to work with; knowledgeable and worked efficiently to try to resolve the problem.  unfortunately he was unable to solve the issue but at least I was able to find out how big of a problem it really was.
