Cecil was absolutely wonderful! The virus scan couldn't find the virus...but we eventually found it and Cecil went right to work. He was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions and was friendly. I would certainly recommend him!

Well its only been 10 minutes sense I logged onto my laptop after the 5 hours it took to get a tune up... We can only see with time if it is all fixed... So far it is running good!

Excellent service! Agent Cecil and Agent Jason worked on my computer until everything was complete correctly. 

I had a problem with Yahoo and Google searches being redirected to unknown websites. Symantec, Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware could not resolve the issue but Cecil did using various virus removal tools. Everything is running smooth again. Thanks
