Agent Aaron P. did a great job with me in resolving my computer issue here today. Considering he was helping someone who didn't know much about computers it is a miracle he was able to do what he did. Great job!

I was not able to speak directly to the agent about issues that I was having on my computer so this service was not very acceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone. 

Aaron P. was very helpful as well as knowledgeable of the problem. He told it could take up 6 hours but he completed in just about 3. I was very satisfied! My computer response time is quicker!

Was very professional and did a good job. 

Problem was not resolvable directly due to a temporary block by my provider but Aaron was helpful in finding that out for me. 

He took the time to help my boyfriend and i through this mess, even though it took a long time bc our computer was so messed up. He was very patient and worked through it till it was complete. I appreciate that.
